Derriere Exercise

Here’s a great way to start a new year – Butt Taps to firm up you derriere and upper legs. Wish I had started these 20 years ago.

Butt then (no pun intended), there’s no time like today to start tapping.

Fitness guru Denise Austin has a two step exercise for the common butt fatigue area:

1)  Stand directly in front of a dining room chair with feet hip-width apart.  Keep your back straight, abs tight, arms out straight at chest level.

2)  Bend your knees and slowly lower yourself until your butt taps the chair.  Don’t sit and don’t bounce.  As soon as your butt taps the chair, stand up and repeat.

Sounds simple enough and doesn’t even require special equipment or a trip to the healthclub.  So Minervas, start tapping.
